Our nationwide landscaping service covers
over 100 sites throughout the UK with our
reputation built on the quality of our grounds
maintenance work and the pride we take in
making sure each and every one of our jobs
is completed to the best of our ability.
We have a dedicated workforce, supported
by a strong management team with over 50
years experience in the landscaping industry.
We also appreciate that while our clients
aren’t always on-site, they still need to be kept up-dated on work in progress. To ensure
customer satisfaction is maintained, we supply our clients with a full monthly report including
digital photos and reports detailing works that have been carried out and any additional
maintenance that requires attention.
We carry out all grounds maintenance issues such as:
Grass Areas
This includes regular grass cutting, seasonal spraying of areas with selective herbicide,
edging, scarifying and aerating lawn areas, weed and moss control and turfing.
Shrub Areas
General maintenance to include hand-hoeing, weeding of all shrubbery areas, application of
residual herbicide, pruning of shrubs to the required shape and the application of fertilizer to
shrubs and trees.
Tree Surgery
Involving coppice and reduction where
needed.
Hard standings
The spray of total weed killer around all the
kerbs in car parks, gravel paths,
building bases, including environmental
alternatives where required.
Physical Cleaning
To litter pick, scavenge all shrub areas, roads and hard standings
Lighting
This will include various re-lamping of lighting in car parks and common external areas.
Lining
This is carried out on car parks and roadways
Fencing
We supply various types of fencing from timber and metal fencing products such as
palisade fencing, post and rail, timber rail, chain link, Barbican and sentry fencing.
Gates and Barriers
Repairs and installation of new manual and electronic gates, including swing and sliding
gates.
Drainage
We cover all emergency works and maintenance.
Graffitti
Complete all the removal and prevention of graffiti.
Rubbish Removal
To ensure the removal of all hazardous and green waste to a fully-licensed site
in accordance with the current legislation.
Paved Areas
To pressure wash all paved and pedestrian areas.
Paving
All the making good and replacement of slabs.
Kerbing
To repair and renew various kerbing.
Tarmac
Repairs and lying of new tarmac.
Height Restrictors
Installation of all new material.
Bollards
Repair and installation of various bollards.
Brickwork
Repair and renewal of all defective brickwork.
Gutter Cleaning
To clear all high and low level guttering ensuring the use of the correct access equipment.
The grounds maintenance division is a member of Bali and works in accordance with the
ISO9001 registered Quality Management System, allowing us to ensure that all
maintenance is completed to the usual high Cosmo quality.
