Since the founding of Cosmo Services
in 1992, we have been responsible for
building numerous projects nationwide,
among them bars, restaurants,
shopping centres, industrial estates and
commercial offices.
Our dedicated and ever-growing team
ensures each project is run with the
professionalism and standard of quality
and finish our clients have come to expect.
To this end, our full time project coordinators assist the project team by ensuring clients are updated at all times through regular meetings, service reports and, where required, digital photos of the how the job's progressing.
In our experience, we feel this improves efficiency as client reporting is critical to the smooth running of any project.
 Our Health & Safety Manager supports our
project team by carrying out regular site
visits and checks all equipment and
tradesmen's are up to the required stand-
ard.
As a fully qualified trainer, he ensures
all on
site personnel are trained and aware
of
current safety legislation. He is also
qualified
to act as our C.D.M Coordinator.

Norwich Union
The refurbishment of seven office floors in various locations, the design and build to
upgrade and modernise offices through out the UK.

Property Invest
The completion of refurbishment works at a famous city shopping centre in Leeds. The
internal splitting out of a detailed unit into two with complete mechanical and electrical fit out
to allow for businesses to relocate due to large scale development of the centre.

Empire Cinema
Refurbishment works of the largest cinema in the UK which dates back to 1903. The total
upgrade and addition of offices to
the top floor which are positioned over the main ceiling to
the cinema in Leicester Square.

Vinters Place
The refurbishment of a famous landmark building with one of the most prestige reception
areas in the city of London. The transformation of over 26,000 square feet of office space.

The stone cleaning of a landmark Major Oxford Street property in the centre of London with
over 200,000 square footage of office space. The refurbishment includes the renewal of the
