Our services provide internal and external due diligence inspections of a building envelope which will include steelwork, external fabric, glazing and roof inspections. Building fabric inspections are usually completed periodically throughout the year or after fire, storm and water damage.

A team of engineers will provide a due diligence report from visual inspections and can use video and thermal imaging to provide evidence of fabric repairs, water penetration or significant heat loss. Our Helpdesk team will also prepare competitive quotes to rectify repairs highlighted within the report using our own experienced mobile engineering team or specialist service partners.
