We offer a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works. Our knowledgeable, versatile team understands the importance of keeping clients informed of progress, up to and after completion of a project and therefore provides regular status updates to both clients and tenants.

To guarantee client satisfaction, we offer a dedicated out-of-hours service, 365 days a year. A full rates sheet with all service level agreements can be supplied on request.

We keep our clients up to date and supply them with a full monthly report including digital photos when required and reports detailing any works that have to be carried out, plus any additional building maintenance requiring attention. Our Health and Safety Manager also makes regular site visits and ensures all onsite personnel are trained and aware of current safety legislation.
