Our experienced Facilities Helpdesk Operators schedule planned maintenance and oversee reactive works using our national engineering teams. The helpdesk can also support our client’s incident support plans and business continuity strategies using trained 24/7 operators with the ability to coordinate support using your procedures.

Our helpdesk team is complimented with an experienced Procurement Manager to ensure our pricing remains continuously competitive and directed through an approved supply chain. A BMS team are also part of our helpdesk and link seamlessly with Building Management systems and the helpdesk to ensure seasonal adjustments and maintenance is completed and energy costs maintained.
